Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. A rental is confirmed only after you accept a written quote and complete any required documentation and deposit as communicated by our team.

Eligibility

Renters must hold a valid driving licence (minimum one year), acceptable government ID, and meet age requirements for the selected vehicle category. Tourists may require an International Driving Permit where applicable.

Rental use

Vehicles must be used lawfully, within permitted geography, and returned in the same condition subject to normal wear. Inter-state travel requires prior approval.

Insurance and liability

Comprehensive insurance terms, excess amounts, and optional coverage are explained in your rental agreement at confirmation. The renter remains responsible for traffic violations, tolls, fuel, and damage not covered by insurance.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms are provided with your booking confirmation and may vary by season and vehicle category.
